How to access cPanel Webmail

Open Roundcube or Horde webmail for your domain mailbox without installing a desktop app.

Webmail lets you read and send mail from a browser. It is ideal for quick checks, travel, or confirming a mailbox works before you configure Outlook or a phone.

Ways to open Webmail

  • Direct URL: try https://yourdomain.com/webmail or the Webmail link in your welcome email.
  • From cPanel: open Email Accounts, find the address, then choose Check Email / Webmail.

Sign in

  1. Enter the full email address (example: [email protected]).
  2. Enter that mailbox password (not the cPanel owner password, unless they are the same by design).
  3. Choose a client such as Roundcube when prompted.

First actions inside Webmail

  • Send a test message to another address you control.
  • Add a signature with your company name and phone.
  • Check the Junk/Spam folder if expected mail is missing.

If login fails

  1. Confirm the mailbox exists in cPanel → Email Accounts.
  2. Reset the mailbox password and try again.
  3. Clear browser cache or try a private window.
  4. Ensure you type the full address, including the domain.

Webmail is great for day-to-day use. For offline access and calendar integrations, connect the same mailbox to Outlook or a mobile mail app using IMAP.
